A Conditional Pardon signed by Queen Victoria: Andrew Munro, 'now under Sentence of Transportation in Millbank Prison, he having been convicted of felony at Perth in April 1846?' is the beneficiary of this Conditional Pardon, granted and signed by Queen Victoria with her seal still intact.
