A circular metal bowl with gold Embossing, the Persian design influenced by the silk Road, Tang dynasty style, made by a master craftsman, molded & hand finished, a floral arabesques scrolling of vines with animals & birds. Provenance: Commissioned in Shaanxi by the vendor, the moulds taken from the original Tang bowl, now in Xian Museum, diameter 12, height 4.5 cm
