A Tibetan gilt copper repousse panel, circa 18-19th century, the side section of the prabha is finely worked and chased to depict a Tibetan figure riding astride a mythical beast which is supported by a rather cheeky snow lion riding on the back of an elephant, traces of pigment to the manes, tails and hair of the figure, 28 x 13 cm
