A vintage aquamarine and diamond ring, large cocktail ring of cluster form, comprising a central oval faceted aquamarine. Set with a border of old cut diamonds, individually set in triangular shaped mounts. A further outer border of nineteen old brilliant cut diamonds with mille grain rubbed over setting.
