A KPM porcelain commemorative cup and saucer, the cup of cylindrical form centred by a relief moulded profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II within a gilt cartouche, flanked by a classical frieze on a blue ground and a loop handle, rising to a flared rim, raised on three lion's paw feet; the saucer centred by a lobed cartouche bearing the gilt embossed monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II within a gilt border, painted and impressed factory marks to base.
