A zitan Quatrefoil brushpot, 18th century, each side inlaid and applied with ivory, soapstone and mother-of pearl, depicting the three Daoist Gods under pine and rockwork with a crane overhead, three precious objects, the King of the Eastern sea riding on a dragon, and a ten character inscription 'Long fa chun zi xiu feng wei ri sheng hua' and seal 'Lu yin', supported on a shaped base, 13.3 cm high, 9.7 cm wide.
