Victorian lady's travelling box with a mother of pearl inlaid keyhole & panel monogrammed initialled 'MB'. the inside lid has a green crushed velvet spring mechanism. Inside is a pull out compartment containing three rectangular glass scent containers with silver plated pierced lids, two circular containers with silver plated lids, two glass cut scent bottles, & a pull out green velvet holder containing a mother of pearl pocket knife, nail file, boot hook & two corkscrews. Behind is five compartments for five various sized containers with silver plated lids, behind is a button for a front spring mechanism 'Secret Drawer'. Wityh a key. Condition: good to fair, split through the timber on the lid, minor age related wear. Dimensions 30.5 x 23 x 17.5 cm
