An Anterior and Posterior horn from an Eastern black rhinoceros, on an organic presentation base, the posterior horn approximately 1358gmsm 27 cm long, the anterior horn approximately 1710gms, 49 cm long, housed on a rhinoceros skull base. Provenance: harvested on the farm of the original owner, (now deceased), in Kenya circa 1950s and brought to Australia when the owner emigrated in 1964. Bequeathed to the current owner in 1985, accompanied by a radiocarbon dating certificate from the Ansto, a statutory declaration from the vendor outlining the provenance of the horns, together with a statutory declaration from the original owner confirming the history of the horns.
