A German.800 silver rococo style sauce boat, late 19th to early 20th century, with maker's marks, retailed through Wilkens, the sauceboat with undulating shaped rims to a lobed bombe style body richly embellished with rococo scrolls, flora and lattice designs, raised upon an integral dish similarly embellished to the rims; hallmarked underside, silver weight 457gr. Height 11 cm. Length 23 cm. Width 15.5 cm.
