A large brass set of butcher's double balance scales, the solid deep base receiving the set of 10 graduating cylinder weights, the central sectional tall column with bull's head terminal, the larger balance scales hang from its mouth, the beam marked 'Patent Agate Balance', the smaller balance supported from a hook to the back, three brass trays and one enamelled.
