A Carlton Ware 'Jazz' vase. 1929-1933 production period, pattern 3352, shape 466, the vase of tapering ovoid form with a broad waisted neck decorated with vibrant abstract ribbon and chevron flashes in blues and greens with intersecting asymmetric patterned bands and coloured dots upon a rich cherry maroon mottled ground; with backstamp, pattern number and other numerals underside. Height 9 cm.
