A ruby and diamond panel dress ring, 18ct width gold, made as a wide panel styled dress ring, centrally set with an oval ruby weighing 2.27ct, strong red in colour, accompanied by Bauer Lab report, claw set and flanked to each side by round cluster panels of seven brilliant cut diamonds, claw set to appear as a single stone, further detailed to ruby sides with two marquise cut diamonds and a smaller round, totalling approximately 0.50ct, low set, merging to a smooth band
