A Doulton Burslem 'Luscian Ware' cabinet vase painted by Walter Nunn (act. 1897-1910), the inverse baluster body painted in the round with a portrait of a beefeater and a view of Windsor Castle; the fluted and scalloped mouth decorated with fine raised gilt flowering tendrils which trail down over the shoulder, the asymmetrical spreading base similarly decorated. Professional restoration to the mouth. Printed factory marks under the base and inscribed 'God Bless Her'. Height 28 cm
