A German sterling silver bowl, probably early 19th century, with town mark for Wertheim and maker's mark, B; with a later sterling standard import mark for London 1905 by Sb, the oval footed bowl embossed in the neoclassical manner with portrait busts of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, fleur-de-lys, garlands, and crossed L letters in the Sevres style; German hallmarks underside and sterling standard near rim. Silver weight 300gr. Height 8.5 cm. Width 15.5 cm. Depth 12.5 cm
