A 'Waterlily' toast rack by Clarice Cliff, circa early 1930s, the rack with a moulded water reed and flower pattern in pink on bright emerald green to a cream ground with a suffused blue border, with provision for two slices of toast and two small receptacles to the side; with green Newport pottery backstamp underside.
