A sterling silver sugar bowl, probably 1866 London, with maker's marks for George John Richards & Edward Charles brown, the broad rimmed bowl of shaped compressed form with a beaded rim and applied cast foliate handles, decorated to the body with engraved and bright cut arabesques and floral swags, with a rubbed inscription dated April 1869.
