A rare George II/III silver teapot, sugar basin and creamer, maker probably George Hunter, London 1758 and 1760/2 the teapot with inverted pear shape body, the lid with concealed hinge and baluster finial, swan neck spout with acanthus leaf and scroll decoration, wooden scroll handle, on circular foot; the sugar and creamer similar with the scroll handles applied with leaf motifs.
