An impressive diamond set coin ring, 18ct yellow gold, made as a very heavy signet style ring, centrally set with a Grecian yellow gold coin of 21.6ct, depicting a Pegasus, bezel set, the gold frame set to each corner with a brilliant cut diamond of approximately 0.55ct, totalling approximately 2.20ct, further detailed by two smaller diamonds totalling 0.30ct, also bezel set, merging to a wide band.
