A rare fencai enamel square-shaped seal box, Qing Dynasty, early 19th century, with chamfered corners. Cover painted with a scholar & attendant beside a large waterfall with sloping rim with a faux-wood design. Further miniature landscapes in sections around the waisted base, four character red seal mark 'The blue cloud Studio'. 10 cm diameter. Provenance: R & V Tregaskis, late 1980's/early 90's
