Description:
A rare Chinese peach bloom-glazed pear-shaped vase Yuhu Chunping, Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), Qianlong underglaze blue six-character seal mark and of the period (1736-1795). Below the white flared rim, the body and foot covered with a lovely, even peach-bloom glaze, the base and interior of the vase with white glaze, 29.4 cm high. Provenance: Christies, London, South Kensington 'Chinese Ceramics, works of Art and Textiles, 16 May 2014, Lot 1060; Ex private collection, Europe - acquired from the 1960
