An early Victorian sterling silver sugar basin, 1839 London, with maker's marks for Charles Reily & George Storer, the basin of waisted bulbous form with applied floral and foliate decorations to the fold over threaded rim, with two foliate 'C' scroll handles and tapering to a base raised on a shaped apron and shell and scroll feet in the rocaille manner; hallmarked underside .
