A collection of 4 Javanese silver and diamond Kraton (Palace) belt buckles, 19th century; Indonesia. the buckles are pierced silver (tested) with metal back brackets, with bezel set rose-cut diamonds. Stamped with makers or owners initials: 'Sh' & 'Wt'. Note: buckles as these were worn in the Palaces and part of court dress for male courtiers. Heights: 8.8 cm – 9.3 cm
