A Victorian 14ct. gold brooch, the scalloped form frame set with an inner rope plait decoration, the centre an elaborate gold and blue enamel set with eight small round old cut diamonds, with a 0.30ct. diamond to the floral centre, a tassel suspended from the base, with safety chain. Weight 24gms.
