World War I British army medal pair to Captain Henry Obadiah Langdon. Includes British war medal and Victory medal, correctly named to: 2 Lieut. H. O. Langdon. World War I Defence and war medal un-named as issued. There is also a quantity of paperwork relating to Langdon, showing he was an officer with the 7th BN the Somerset light Infantry, being attached to the 61st trench mortar Battery. Shows he again served during World War I gaining the rank of Captain upon forced retirement in 1949.
