A French figural clock, 'Coquetterie' by L & F Moreau, 19th century, with maker's marks for Societe Clusiennes, S.C.A.P.H.Cluses, the eight day bell striking clock having an enamel hand painted dial with Arabic numerals set within a rocky and rose adorned plinth, asymmetrically positioned on a long base with a young semi reclining woman in loose draping dress engaging with a cupid, incised signature of L & F Moreau to the base; with title cartouche to front of cast, and upon a shaped marble base on toupie feet; with pendulum and key. Height 39 cm. Width 60 cm. Depth 22 cm
