Robertson Edkins & Aston, Birmingham (teapot 1845, other items 1846) four piece tea and coffee service each on four scrolled feet joined by a decorative border, moulded bodies, decorative flanged rims, the teapot and coffee pot with moulded hinged lids surmounted by urn finials and looped filleted handles, cream jug and sugar basin with gilt interior, teapot, cream jug and sugar basin bearing the PODR (patent office design Registration) mark for 3 September 1845 (4), coffee pot 895 grams height over finial 28 cm, teapot 670 grams height over finial 20 cm, sugar basin 410 grams width across handles 22 cm, cream jug 250 grams height 14 cm
