A pair of good Chinese cloisonne vases, modelled as altar vessels of gu form, each with four spines dividing the vases into panels, each panel decorated with a pair of cranes in a landscape, the necks decorated with stylised lotus and other flowers. Conforming decorative elements pattern the mouth and foot. Height 26 cm
