A Wedgwood blue and white jug, circa 1806-1810, of fine and elegant ovoid form with a broad rim flowing to an ear shaped gilded handle, further gilding to the edges and foot, the body decorated with a continuous Chinoiserie garden design of peony and bamboo merging with a pavilion and rocky landscape scene; impressed and underglaze marks underside.
