A pair of blue and white dishes Qing dynasty, Kangxi period, each with shallow rounded sides and lipped rim, supported on a double footrim, boldly painted on the interior with a shaped lappet and ruyi head medallion enclosing three cranes in flight and three babao among clouds and scrolls, within a frieze of alternating clouds and babao around the cavetto, the underside with further ribboned emblems and clouds, wood stands, (4), 33 cm diameter
