(iii) Permanent Forces Beyond the Empire and Seas Long Service and Good Conduct Medal, George V (Field Marshal's uniform) (954 Sgt T S Power, RNZA). 11 August 1923. 166 of this type awarded.(iv) New Zealand Meritorious Service Medal, George V (crowned robed effigy) (954 WOI T S Power, RNZA). Approved 3 June 1941 and issued 28 July 1941. Approximately 168 medals of this type awarded. George V medal, as opposed to George VI, confirmed by Stagg's research.
