A covered Berlin vase, circa 1880, of ovoid form tapering to a stepped circular foot and upon a square plinth with petite bun feet, the lid with knop, the body in deep rose pink generously draped with gilt husk swags, and with roundels of putti and borders in gilt and aqua; sceptre mark underside. Height 25 cm.
