Tasmanian Colonial cedar and huon pine, chiffonier c.1845, attributed to the workshop of William Hamilton, a fine early Tasmanian cedar chiffonier with huon pine, secondary timber construction, the arched back has a single shelf supported by two, turned spindle columns, the chiffonier has a full length single drawer with with lower two door cupboard, flanked by tapered, obelisk shaped columns, upon a plinth base. Height 140 cm. Width 107 cm. Depth 47 cm.
