Massive Japanese Imari pattern baluster vase. Decorated in the tradition colours of underglaze blue with overglaze iron red and gilding. Four panels, two containing mythical animals and two with floral bouquets. Meiji period (1868-1912). Some expected wear to the gilding. Height 76 cm
