A Marquise out line diamond and ruby ring. Centred by a line of three oval cut synthetic rubies bordered by 16 old European cut diamonds, 18ct. yellow gold. The mount is as new leading US to believe that the original mount was replaced due to wear using the original Edwardian period stones.
