A Regency mahogany bracket clock by J.M French, Royal Exchange, London, the rectangular case with radially gadrooned shallow caddy top with central acorn finial, rectangular side apertures with silk lined brass frets, the moulded plinth raised on scroll and reed bracket feet, the front with applied carved decoration around an 8-inch white painted Roman numeral dial, the twin fuse movement with trip repeat and engraved backplate, mounted with a bell and pendulum hold fast, 32 cm wide, 19 cm deep, 55 cm high
