Army & Navy 500 express 3' big game single barrel, back action, underlever rifle circa 1880. 28' barrel with 4 leaf sight 100 -200- 300- 400 yards. Fine English engraving to action underlever, trigger, grip cap and fore-end lever. Case hardening colours around lock and trigger guard. Walnut stock has cheek piece. Barrel has 80% blueing. Contained in original oak and leather French fitted case with loading instructions and ammunition. Overall condition is very good.
