All in bleu de roi with handpainted ovals and cartouches of Royal court scenes, romantic couple scenes and floral bouquet all richly framed by gold leafed foliate scrolls, comprising a teapot, lidded sucrier creamer, six cups and saucers and a circular tray. Marked Louis Phillip Royal cipher date mark 1844 and Chateau Tuilleries destination marks. Diameter of tray 50.5 cm
