Mandolin c1880s - 10 strings but only four courses. Tuned exactly like a standard 4 string mandolin. Maker unknown. Original tortoise shell pick guard inlayed with mother-of-pearl. Bone tuners, rosewood fingerboard missing 2 fret markers, spruce top, with fruitwood/box wood back. In original wooden case. In very fine condition
