Description:
A Bristol porcelain saucer from the Chough service, circa 1775, richly gilded with four cartouches, each with a crest of a bird with a sprig in it's mouth supporting green floral swags, blue cross mark, 15 cm diameter. The Chough service is named after the unidentified crest, some suggesting that it is for Tothill of Pearmore, Devon
