A French provincial painted pine comtoise clock, first half 19th century, the dial signed 'Prevot-Vaucher a Reims', the enamelled Roman numeral dial within a typical decorative repousse brass frame and glazed hood, the trunk with a shaped lenticle showing the polished brass pendulum, the case faux-grained throughout and with floral and other details. Height 234 cm. Width 46 cm. Depth 22 cm
