A 19th century ivory and tortoiseshell hinged lidded box, rectangular form, ivory lid sides and base with tortoiseshell borders inlaid with silver wire, some absent, horn thumb piece to the hinged lid revealing the tortoiseshell lined interior, scroll initials engraved to the lid. 10.4 cm x 4.6 cm x 3.6 cm
