A large jade 'Hehe Erxian and Lotus' carving one boy seated on a large tubor holding lotus stems in his hands whilst his companion holds a partly open box from which swirling vapour conjures the wu fu in flight over the curled edges of a large lotus leaf, and with a pair of phoenix flying above further lotus flowers and leaves rising from crested waves, the pale creamish stone with some brown and russet suffusions, fitted wood stand (2) 24 cm
