A Royal Worcester covered vase painted by James Skerrett, 1970s/'80s, body shape 1572 (first issued in 1891) of compressed urn form with a short waisted neck and a pair of scrolling mask handles to the shoulder, raised above a square foot, with a finialed cover, the cover, neck, shoulder, and foot gilt and white with moulded foliate decoration, the body painted to one sides with fruit, signed, printed factory mark underside. Height 26 cm.
