A Russian polychrome painted and gilt travelling triptych icon, 19th century, the shaped wire-hinged walnut case with foot-stand opening to reveal the central panel painted with the Virgin and child on a gilt ground, flanked by panels of adoring saints similarly represented, the reverse of the central panel with the impressed and stained label 'Antiqua'. Height 32 cm. Width 28 cm
