A Chinese Dehua porcelain altar set, early 18th century, Qing Dynasty, comprising a pair of compressed quatrefoil vases and a double-handled censer, each one with a finely moulded archaistic design, the fitted hardwood stands probably original. Fitted box. 17.5 cm and 9 cm high, (plus stands). (3). Provenance: R and V Tregaskis; Jack Karas collection, Sydney; the Governor of Macau, late 19th century (by repute)
