A Continental figural porcelain ewer 19th century, the large ewer raised on flared foot with narrow helmet shaped spout and draped handle, resolved in whimsical manner of high relief displaying a heavenly scene of cupids and fairies at play amongst clouds while cranes and eagles fly past, blue crossed swords to base, includes an low ovoid timber plinth, (some loss to extremities),67 cm high.
