1968 Mexico Olympics, silver winner's medal, with ribbon, 60 mm diameter, bar engraved '80mts. Con Obstaculos', in original presentation case. Very attractive and scarce. 1968 Mexico Olympics Diploma (31 x 31 cm), inscribed 'Pamela Kilborn, Pamela, Australia. 2?, 80 Mts Con Obsaculos', and with printed signatures of Avery Brundage, IOC President and Pedro Ramirez Vazquez, Organizing Committee President. Together with photo-finish photographs of 80m Hurdles (3 - heat, semifinal and final), having been undefeated since the 1964 Olympics, Kilborn was the favourite for the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico city. at the games she was hampered by a shoulder injury, and could not overcome her surprising teenage countrywoman Maureen Caird in the rain-affected final.
