Part I is one volume and Parts II & III are a second; 167 & 215 pp; includes illustrations. The recommendations in this book would have partly formed the basis of Operation Phoenix, the Vr's post-war rehabilitation scheme - thus it is an important work! Also: W.O. Gallety, ‘A Study of Railway Sparks’, 1940 (ie. not long after the infamous Black Friday bushfires), made up of 9 reports. A carbon copy with illustrations (some fold-out) leather & stud bound.
