A Victorian silver melon shaped teapot. The body fluted and with acanthus leaves and flower heads decorating the shoulder, the hinged domed lid with conforming leaf and melon bud finial, the C-scroll handle with acanthus capping, all raised on a circular spreading foot with conforming chased and engraved decoration and similarly to the spout.
