An early 19th century Scottish Dirk, the double edged steel blade tapering to a point with various markings towards the handle end, the primitive carved wood handle as a Scottish figure wearing a kilt with sporin, white metal highlights, good old dark patina, old fitted leather scabbard with stitching evident to one side.
